Another good entry of 19 riders signed on, on a beautiful warm evening on the P164.
17-year-old junior international Izzy Sharp produced a superb winning time of 22:40 (just 4 seconds outside her own course record), despite her 3-hour training ride earlier today, and the wind being in the ‘wrong’ direction for the course. Second was Ian Patterson 23:06, with 3C’s Mark Lisk and Liam Kemp of SURC, equal third in 23:40.
Fastest Crabwood rider was again Pat Lafford 24:52, with Claire Newman 29:51, Colin Witt 32:14 and Dave England 32:21.
Thanks to event organiser Alan Bigwood, timekeepers Dave Crocker, Martin Napier, Jacky and Pete Betteridge, and marshal John Sanchez-Bisson.
